시끄럽고 에어컨에 먼지가 몇년동안 청소안한것처럼 보일정도로 더러웠습니다. 쾌쾌한 냄새 침구도 청결하지 않았으며 스파에 물은 졸졸졸 물 받는데만 1시간이상 걸릴것같아 포기했어요. 재떨이와 라이터가 있는 것으로 보아 객실에서 흡연가능해 쾌쾌한 냄새가 났고 볼일 보는 소리가 선명하게 들려 잠도 여러번 깼네요. 하지만 카운터에 계시던 분은 굉장히 친절했어요. 숙박으로는 비추 가족여행은 비비비추입니다

가족여행에 묵을만한 곳은 아닙니다.

시끌벅적한 서면 유흥가 먹자골목 한복판에 위치해있어서 차량진입 자체가 불가하고 주차 안됩니다. 예약시 상세내역에 주차장 없다는 안내 없어서 사실을 모르고 예약했다가 당황스러웠습니다. 전화통화로 인근주차장 안내 받아 겨우 주차는 했지만 주차요금 만원 따로부담하라고 하셔서 다시 당황. 사전 안내도 못받았고 예약내용에 주차불가 사실이 적혀있지 않았던 점 확인해 드리고 주차요금은 지불하지 않았지만...기분좋은 여행에 찜찜하기 짝이 없었습니다. 분명 4인으로 예약진행했는데...추가 침구도 인터폰으로 요청해서 받았구요~ 호텔앞쪽 진입로가 비좁고 지저분해 걱정했는데 다행스럽게 호텔내부 청결상태는 나쁘지 않았습니다...번화가를 좋아하는 커플여행이라면 모를까 가족여행 숙박으로 추천할만한 곳은 아닙니다.
