The room and location were actually great. Clean, spacious, and near markets, restaurants, and attractions. HOWEVER this is not set up for international tourists. It is likely meant moreso for other korean tourists. They have extra fees (well labeled, so the fees are NOT the issue) such as laundry, kitchen, and extra bedding, but the only way to pay these fees is through a bank transfer. Cash is not accepted and credit cards do not work (we tried 3 that worked everywhere else, all failed here). That means you either need access to a korean bank account or willing to pay additional bank fees to do an international wire transfer for something small like a 20000 won fee. Again, having additional fees were not the problem, but the inability for international visitors to easily pay those fees caused a lot of headache for us.

While there was no staff or housekeeping available throughout my stay, the room was quite spacious and had no mold or significant scuff marks, no smoke smells. The TV was great - had Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, and had its own kitchen and washer/dryer. Great room for a very small price. You do need to follow certain instructions after reservation in order to gain access to the room, though, but I followed them carefully and got in. Hope this review helps a lot to the budget-friendly traveller!

The good: The location is great, steps to the beach and close to many shops, public transit, and restaurants. In-unit laundry and kitchenette are useful to have. The bad: we booked a room with two beds, but our room only had one. The owner did not reach out to communicate this before check-in. The rules basically prohibited cooking anything with any smell at all, so the stove was useless. The owner offers cash for a good review, so keep that in mind when reading reviews.

전체적으로 괜찮았지만 화장실 변기와 세탁기에서 심한 악취가 났고 침실 방문을 닫으니 문에 달린 옷걸이에 오래 된 바짝 마른 수건 두개가 걸려있었음. 거실 쇼파에 있는 깔개에 머리카락. 위치는 매우 편리했고 위생상태만 더 개선된다면 아주 좋을 것 같다는 생각

I had a fantastic stay! From the start, communication with the property manager was excellent—they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made arriving after a long journey so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect—close to Haeundae beach and traditional market, everything I needed, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Check-in was difficult. The property didn’t send self check-in instructions even though I had sent them the information requested as soon as I received the request. They would not answer their phone or respond to text messages. After a few hours of waiting for them to respond, I downloaded WhatsApp to see if they were in WhatsApp. Again, no answer when calling but they finally responded to my WhatsApp text messages and sent me check-in instructions. They never responded to my phone text messages. The room wasn’t clean - hair all over the floors, we even saw pubic hair!

Tired rooms, hard beds but excellent location

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5 (young kids); unfortunately the rooms were in different apartment buildings. One room was reasonably well appointed and in ok condition, the other was not. The beds in both rooms were very hard, and quite uncomfortable. However, the location of the property, being right on the beach and next to restaurants/convenience stores was excellent and the price per night was reasonable.

It’s excellent. We have everything we need in the hotel: Microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, washing/drying machine, stove. Toiletries were provided. It’s also very clean! It’s near the beach. Convenience stores are all over the place. Bus stops around the corner too. It was an easy check in and check out. The only downside was that host speaks/writes only in Korean, I had to translate everytime. We had a great stay and I will actually book again if given a chance to go back to Busan!

Pros: The location is fantastic: * across the street from Haeundae beach, * about a 10-minute walk from Haeundae subway station (we took the light rail/subway from the airport) * upon exiting the Haeundae subway station, you are on a bustling street filled with food stalls and shops, * about halfway down the short street is a lively street market, especially in the evening * when you reach the end of the street you are met by the ocean, a fantastic welcome! * walk another 5 minutes, and you're at the hotel Pros of the room itself: * pretty spacious * housed all five of us * had all the basics we needed, including kitchen equipment, washer, drying rack, lots of towels * the kitchen seemed pretty clean * the refrigerator, washer, and microwave seemed new * my many questions regarding check-in and location were answered promptly Cons: * oldish building, * same building seems to be shared by various hotels: on our floor, there were at least 2 or three different hotel name signs posted outside other doors. This is confusing. When we looked the address up on a map app with a street view, the name on the sign outside was of another otel. I never would have known that that was the door I should take if I hadn't asked the With hotel about it... * slow elevator * room seems to be renovated piecemeal, with an odd industrial/older run-down home/modern bits feel. * the furniture was worn * bathroom moldy, shower water leaking out towards toilet

부산에서 하루 편하게 쉬고 싶어서 선택했는데 딱 원하는 스타일이었습니다. 화려하진 않지만 전체적으로 깔끔하고 정돈된 분위기라 오히려 더 편했어요. 조용히 쉬다 가기 좋은 숙소였습니다 😌 여행 일정이 빡빡해서 숙소에서 보내는 시간이 짧았는데도 되게 기억에 남네요 또이용하고 싶은 곳입니다~

객실은 생각보다 깔끔했고 침구가 특히 포근해서 잠을 정말 잘 잤어요 😴 소음도 거의 없어서 밤에 푹 쉬기 좋았고, 전체적으로 정리정돈이 잘 되어 있는 느낌이었어요. 가격 대비 만족도가 높은 숙소라 다음에 이 근처 오면 또 이용할 것 같아요 👍

친구랑 둘이 갔는데 둘 다 “야 여기 괜찮다?” 하고 바로 칭찬 들어감 ㅋㅋ +ㅁ+ 방도 널찍하고 청소 상태도 좋아서 편하게 뒹굴거리기 성공! 근처 지하철이랑 버스 접근성도 좋아서 돌아다니기 너무 쉬웠음. 부산 또 오면 고민 없이 여기로 올 듯 😆🙌✨
