Excellent hotel and customer service. Located right near the main lively strip to the beach and multitudes of restaurants. Hotel was very clean and bed was just right.

이번 부산 여행에 있어서 역시 이름있는 체인점 답게 브라운도트 해운대점을 예약한점이 너무나 성공적인 여행의 발판이 되었습니다~ 제일먼저 눈에 띄는건 외관부터 객실 내부까지 깔끔함의 끝판왕 이였으며, 사장님께서 인테리어 하나하나에 초점을 잘 두셨다는게 너무 와닿았습니다~!! 덤으로 이러한 숙소를 사용하면서 다른곳보다 저렴해서 부담되지 않는 금액으로 숙박을 할 수 있어 더욱더 좋았구요~마주칠때 마다 먼저 인사해주시는 프론트 직원분들과 메이드님들도 너무나 친절하시고, 교육이 잘되었다는 느낌을 물씬 받아서 역시 이름있는 호텔은 다르구나 라는 생각이 들어 다음번에도 꼭꼭 다시 이용을 해야겠다는 생각이 들었어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 부산 해운대점으로 인해 전국에 있는 브라운도트 호텔이 제기억속에는 한층 성장한 느낌이 있네요^^ 번창하시고, 다음에 또 뵙겠습니다.~!!

アメニティもついてて日本語不可となっていましたが男性スタッフが日本語が喋れて助かりました！部屋に大きなお風呂があり足が疲れている時にすごく気持ちよかったです。部屋もとても綺麗でした！

친구랑 오랜만에 여행이라 트윈룸을 예약했는데 공간이 엄청 넓은건 아니었지만 그렇다고 좁지도 않았어요. 각자 짐을 두기에 충분한 정도로 공간은 여유로웠던거 같습니다. 객실은 청결 부분에서 매우 만족하고 위치도 좋아요. 둘 다 너무 만족해서 다음에 부산을 또 방문하게 된다면 이 호텔을 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
