Staff were very good. Room was a bit tired, could deal with an upgrade. Bathroom needs replacing, shower was terrible, more water came out of the pipe than the shower head. Only 2 pillows on the bed. But on the positive it was cheap for a one night stay.

Check in efficient ...staff in hotel overall excellent ...i mention julie reception and Ben general fill in when short Pros and cons ..... Location good ....bramhope and kn a bus route ..bus stop outside the hotel Areas in reception good ...bar/ restaurant good ....large car park Pool good ....be aware extra cost ...warm and jacuzzi...sauna not working ...lockers require a padlock .... Rooms nice ...radiator ..television...hairdryer ...kettle / tea/ coffee / iron and board ...bedding and towels good However a few downs for me .... First room 505 opened but door would not close due to the lock ....when i went to reception someone knew about this problem and they changed me to room 509 Fridge did not work and was told most didnt in the hotel .....so why keep them.in the rooms ...looked new ....hairdryer blew up in my hand ....could not pull plug out as was attached into the wall socket however reception provided me with a new boxed one Information said shuttle bus to airport that was one of the reasons i booked the hotel ...but was told there had never been one !!! I had to book a private taxi myself the day before departure

I will be posting pictures of the filthy air vent in the bathroom, mold in bathroom and no locks on bathroom door. Plus an extra 5 pound parking fee is “just a little extra ” expense that was explained at check in. There were very limited parking areas open. Disappointed and will not book again.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room lovely, quiet. Breakfast very good. Didn't have any other meals but menu for dinner looked inviting and very reasonable. Very nice open plan lounge. Good location, close to beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
