The Manager was the worst person I’ve ever met in my life Julie LaCroix She kept harassing us until we had to leave. All of our keys would not work we would ask for help and she had an attitude all the time. Worst experience of my life it was insane.

Very neat, and very courteous staff - really, I enjoyed them. I wish the hotel wasn't surrounded by chain restaurants and stores. But I realize that's why I paid a lower price than some other places.

We had our dog with us so we were given an older room that was poorly remodeled. I found dirty towels hanging on the bathroom door. There was a piece of the metal bed frame sticking out and I almost cut my leg on it. There were dead bugs in the light cover. This room was right next to highway so very noisy at night. This room was not cheap! I will not stay there again.

The elevator almost never worked and when it did - it made this extremely loud noise and shook like there was an earthquake. The room was filthy, the tub didn’t drain either. The staff was very nice though.

I arrived at check-in time and was asked to return in 20 minutes as the room had not been cleaned. The condition of the tub was disgusting. It was cracked, not clean, and in very bad shape, caulking in mounds around the soap dish, the tub was in very poor condition and there were ants. I was given another room and the tub was in bad shape, the room had a odd order and the air conditioning was VERY loud. I didn't want to stay, but they told they would charge me for the night and I would have to get a refund from the company in which I booked

This hotel room/stay was not worth over $300/night. Poor condition of the room (floor, mattress, etc) And I had to kill a couple of bugs. The folks at the front desk were lovely.
