Upon arrival it was great. We stayed 4 days and never received any room service. Had to ask for towels on the 3rd day. And a new shower curtain to replace a torn one in our room, and was told-I could replace it myself. We purchased another room for our son, he had room service 2 out of the 4 days we were there.

The staff was wonderful, every one of them was super nice ! Breakfast was great also. The one MAJOR complaint was the mattresses and pillows. Told the front desk how horrible they were and asked them to passs that on to management. And no i didnt take it out on them because that is not their fault. They did say some mattresses and pillows had been updated but not everything yet. We got the 2 queen suit with a pullout couch. We ended up folding the couch back up and slept on it that way because it was way better than the mattress. We would love to stay there again but with bad mattresses we just cant see ourselves going back.

The room was nice except for the bath floor area especially near the tub. It was black particularly in th grout lines and on the tub lower outside near the floor. Totally unacceptable. The room should not have been used. I’m not vey mobile and they gave us a room which required walking two long hallways. The hotel didn’t appear very busy so I can’t understand why we couldn’t have had a first floor room near the lobby. The front desk people were nice and the location and price were good.

First room had a bad odor. Second room, toilet, and bathroom floor were dirty. Third room sheets were not clean. Crumbs were left in bed under the blankets. Staff was kind & food was OK.

Noisy at Night

I dont understand why you have to pack people together in the same area of the hotel when there are clearly not a lot of guests. You put me in the middle of a family reunion group that stayed up late and were very noisy with small children.

Bad wifi. not working AT ALL. Gym has no treadmill. a small area with couple dumbbells and they call it a fitness area. tv didn’t work had to call the staff. staff was nice but facilities for the price they charge are absolutely unfair.
