They left me alone.. Only knocked once to see if I needed clean towels. I had my service dog with me and they were very accommodating . Had an issue with my credit card and was allowed to pay cash. Got my deposot back after a room walk through no issues.

Only had one hand towel. Didnt have any at desk. They did however bring us 2 more bath towels and wash cloths instead! Thank you.

Love the pool/jacuzzi. They put me in a room that had a connecting door to the next room - could hear EVERYTHING. Room otherwise was spacious and comfortable. Outdated and could use a deep clean. Bathroom was HORRIBLE. Tiny toilet. Dirty cracked caulk everywhere. Not enough towels for 2 people. Water pressure and heat was good. Just felt gross in there.

The sheets had hair on them the bathroom also had hair on the floor and in tub there was a few things of garbage under bed that wasn’t ours. Wished I took pictures but was late and had our 2 year old with us.
