The room was clean - no hairdryer - get at front desk - employees very good and accommodating - price was right - coffee and tea all the time - breakfast - donuts packaged - etc Everything was good - we have stayed here several times

Staff helpful but condition of room was awful, holes and stains on chairs. Stain on towel, hole in bed spread. Shower poor no plug in basin. Carpet worn. No hair dryer in room - have to ask! Breakfast all pre- packaged items, which you have to take to your room. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Definitely no value for the cost of the room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and would not return.

Room was disheveled and not convenient, as we had to drag our luggage up the stairs to the third floor. There were chips under one of the beds plus loose change, the window sill was broken off/warped, the tub paint was peeling, stains on the mattress and strangely the TV was on top of a microwave? When we arrived there were a bunch of people slamming beers and blasting music in a vehicle and by a picnic table near the side door. When we left there were several homeless people on the premises. The location was full of noise and litter. Definitely not the Burlington welcome I was hoping for 😟

It’s an older hotel so I didn’t expect much. Bed hard as a darn rock. Shower didn’t drain while you were taking a shower. Most definitely need a housekeeper to dust and clean stairways. Dead spiders and dirt.

Older property that is getting rundown. Staff was helpful and busy but the place is just old and worn out, this hotel needs a renovation badly, I will not be returning.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We’re pretty sore today! It was basically clean but drab and I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the bathtub to take a shower.

You get what you pay for

Basically, you get what you pay for. Location was very convenient for my needs, the sheets were high quality, and, as advertised, it was quiet. The room itself needs a major update! A coat of paint and some attention to detail would do wonders.
