The room was very clean but cold, the window needs fixing Room 11. Nowhere much to sit apart from the bar unfortunately . Christina our hostess for dinner on Friday 21st was excellent and again for breakfast on Saturday, nothing was too much trouble for her. Rooms are very small and I think very expensive ,not good value for the money sadly.

The rooms ,carpet and decoration look very tired. Not the cheapest hotel and would’ve expected a lot more for our money. Disappointed.

Great location top accommodation

Lovely Rooms and nice and clean. The only thing I would say is the carpets really could do being cleaned or replaced. Tea/ coffee facility and a lovely comfortable bed.

Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent.
