Thoughtfully restored with comfort and style in mind, this charming home blends contemporary finishes with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal base for a Cotswolds escape!

As you step in, you will be warmly welcomed by the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area filled with natural light to create a relaxed setting for unwinding after a day of exploring and fully equipped for everything from simple suppers to longer stays. We also have a bluetooth radio to listen to all your favourite music and super fast WiFi with Sky Glass streaming so you can catch up on all of your favourite shows too!

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms, including a generously sized primary bedroom with an en-suite WC and a second inviting bedroom, both finished to a high standard and designed for restful nights. The bathrooms are modern and immaculately presented, featuring sleek fittings and a fresh, contemporary feel that reflects the recent renovation throughout the home.

Outside we have a lovely patio courtyard; set in the quiet countryside, enjoy a sense of rural calm while remaining close to the heart of Burford, often described as the gateway to the Cotswolds and just down the road from Jeremy Clarkson`s pub, The Farmer`s Dog. Burford’s famous high street is lined with historic buildings, independent shops, traditional pubs and welcoming cafés, while the surrounding area offers beautiful countryside walks, riverside paths and easy access to neighbouring villages such as Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold.

We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
