Borgo Castelrotto is located in the center of the Castelnuovo Tancredi Wine Estate, situated in the renowned area of the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO HERITAGE SITE.
This is Tuscany, tried and true, and is the perfect location as your base to visit this truly incredible part of Italy. Perfect for wine tasting in our Winery or discover the surrounding hills and idillic villages, lounging poolside for a true retreat and an authentic Tuscan experience.
Borgo Castelrotto can host up to 18 people in 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
The main villa, renewed in 2019 is divided in a north and a south wing.

The North wing has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor with the main living room, dining room and modern kitchen on the ground floor.
Large picture window doors open onto the garden where guests can enjoy an evening cocktail or read a book while looking out to an incomparable glimpse of Montalcino. A large covered patio, or pergola, is set up for dining enjoyment along with a wood barbecue area.

The southern wing has an amazing Tuscan atmosphere with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with wood fireplace and a large Tuscan style kitchen. The Borgo is the perfect spot for your Yoga retreat, completely immersed in this 600 hectare bio protected estate.

A guest house full of charm completes the Borgo, with the upper floor designed as a loft with a wonderful master bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor a beautiful living room with a stone and brick fireplace makes the atmosphere warm and cozy. Also on the ground floor a double bedroom with bathroom enjoys a special view of the olive grove and pool, just situated below the cottage.

Within the estate, guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool in the center of the borgo's garden with a unique view of the valley overlooking the olive grove, or enjoy a private wine tasting at our Cantina. An in-villa dining service or a self-made barbecue night can be the perfect end of the day while enjoying an aperitivo with a lovely glass of Fiamma Rosé. Table Tennis and Basketball nets are available to add to your evening enjoyment.

Borgo Castelrotto is one of the country villas that is part of the Castelnuovo Tancredi Wine Estate, which stretches for over 600 hectares between Montalcino and Siena. The entire farm upholds organic agricultural methods, from the 8 hectares of planted vineyards, cereal and grain production to the D.O.P extravirgin olive oil. The primary objective at Castelnuovo Tancredi is to keep pace with the times, while protecting the flavor and tradition of the past in all its aspects.
