Finca Aria - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6
This fantastic villa situated on the outskirts of Búger welcomes 6 guests.
Outside this amazing property you will find a large chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 12m x 6m and a depth range from 1.10m to 2.20m. The little ones will be able to run and play to their heart's content thanks to the extensive 50m2 garden. The landscape that surrounds this finca is like a real paradise, thanks to the vegetation, umbrellas and sun loungers, where you can relax and sunbathe. You will be able to prepare a delicious barbecue, thanks to the two barbecues in the house, and enjoy them all together in the dining area of the terrace, which also has a small bar. The porch has fantastic outdoor furniture, and will be the ideal place to extend your evenings. Due to its excellent location, there are no neighbours nearby, so there is total privacy.
The interior of the house is divided into two floors and has oil central heating. With a stately style, on the ground floor you will find a nice living room open to the dining room and the kitchen, which is gas, and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms on this floor with a fan. The first bedroom has a double bed, direct access to a small independent terrace in the garden and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a trundle bed for two people and the third bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find the fourth bedroom, which has a double bed, two terraces and an en suite bathroom with shower. You can use this room as a bedroom or as a second living room, as it has a Smart TV and comfortable armchairs. You can use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and highchair.
Búger is a small village with cobbled streets, traditional stone houses and a 17th century church. The area surrounding the village is characterised by its rural landscape, with green hills and mountains, olive groves and fields. Despite the tranquillity of the village, there are several bars and restaurants serving local food and drink. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for outdoor activities such as walking and hiking. The nearest and most beautiful beaches are Alcudia beach, Pollensa beach and Muro beach, which are only 30 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the region has several tourist attractions such as the Albufera Natural Park, the Puig de Maria or the weekly market of Inca, which is one of the biggest and most popular of the island.
