Then a manager knocked on our door and we said we’ve reached out with no response and she abruptly said “I have no more late checkouts I can give you till 12:00”. It was 11:45 at the time

I can’t say enough positive about this hotel. If more stars were available it would have received them. The property was very clean and well appointed, but more importantly the staff was 5 star. Everyone you met was friendly and professional. They greeted you with a smile and a real desire to be of assistance. More hotels could learn from this. No, it may not be a Ritz-Carlton but the staff made you feel like you were in one. Kudos to Holiday Inn Express and Suites for making this stay a most enjoyable one.

The property was very clean. Our air wasn’t working and we were moved to a new room. The elevator is a little “bouncy.” Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a nice stay.
