Tom's place was incredible! Such an amazing property with everything being stunning- from the sunsets and views to the wildlife, location and interior. We livex our stay couldnt have asked for more. Tom was a great communicator and offered suggestions of things to do.

We had a wonderful relaxing and peaceful stay over the Kings Birthday weekend. This accommodation is perfect for 4 sets of adults and pups with modern fittings, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and lovely touches throughout. The fireplace is an absolute boon at this time of year. We'd be back!

Relaxation and day tripping retreat

Girls weekend! We had a lovely weekend watching the wildlife and relaxing both in the inviting loungeroom and on the back deck. Perfect for exploring on the property or nearby places. Close to Fish Creek and Waratah Bay. Tom's communication was helpful and appreciated, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic country escape

Our family (6 adults) spent a fabulous 4 nights in Buffalo. The place is large and spacious with multiple living areas and a stunning open plan kitchen/dining area. The location is perfect, quick drive to a number of pubs and to the coast. The sunsets on the back porch are stunning. Highly recommend the property, which was well kitted out. Kitchen well stocked with facilities and basic ingredients, and a bbq on the deck which was great. Thanks for a great stay.

A piece of paradise

This home is amazing, as a family we stayed for 11 nights and it was just perfect. The home is large, modern and extremely beautifully decorated. The land is just fantastic, wildlife roaming and so safe. Tom the owner, his communication and help was beyond and I can highly recommend his property, we would stay here again and enjoyed all this property offered. Stunning Buffalo

Wonderful home with stunning views of South Gippsland's rolling hills. Nestled among acres of space, with a very large open grass area for dogs to run and also tree lined walking tracks. So close to all amenities in and around the South Gippsland region, yet very private at the same time. This very picturesque property certainly added that special something to the family wedding weekend we were in attendance for.

Large & comfy.

A great house for a Winter stay with plenty of firewood for the open fireplace. There was no microwave provided & suggest that owner provides one. In the "T.V." room the electric sofa has no power connection so reclines do not work. Also that large TV is impossible to connect to YouTube - owner could not explain. Bed in master was good. House has loads of space but is minimally furnished. Comfy lounge for fire & TV.

Best stay in the woods!

We liked this property. Full with nature, wildlife and breathtaking views. We had a calm and well-relaxed holiday. The property is well maintained, very kids friendly, lots of games and puzzles / outdoor and indoor activities to Keep kiddos busy..😉 loved the nature and surroundings. Tom,(owner of the property) has been communicating with us on day 1 and gave some directions to go to beautiful beaches and places. And his neighbour also well helped us to find some good places around the area. We will be back for sure.
