Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
absolute disgrace. the host did not forward access codes despite repeated requests. I had to seek alternative accommodation. Expedia support was usless AI giving me no help just referring we to possible errors I may have made. . No availability of actual agent to help/ advise. . If I was a vulnerable person I would be in danger. How can you advertise for someone who doesn't want to help guests. Ridiculous lack to duty of care
