Very Poor Room Conditions

The room was dirty, and the bed sheets had stains, some even with cigarette burn marks. The shower was completely faulty and not working properly at all. Very disappointing experience.

The water was brown and there was no hot water. The key and code to the first room they gave us didn’t work and we had to go down twice to explain that. The a/c also didn’t work well.

Nice hotel and very comfortable rooms.

Had an excellent stay, but did have one bad receptionist at night called Fernando.

O quarto estava em boas condições, mas o banheiro nem tanto, o chuveiro não esquentava, apesar das minhas reclamações. O quarto deveria ter passado, assim como o banheiro por algumas atualizações e manutenção. A qualidade dos produtos oferecidos no café da manhã. O pessoal do atendimento é muito educado e cortês.
