Great location if you’re catching a cruise

Helpful staff good location close to shopping mall and restaurants. Also close to cruise harbor. The price of accommodation was reasonable. Free breakfast was pretty good

Hotel's website highlighted its service on transportation, but the staff had little experience in ordering taxi or van service. We order six rides, three cars did not show up, especially at the night no cars came to a Tango theater. The hotel offered to schedule a ride from airport, but failed to confirm any provider - the staff should get some training for not over-promise what they can do with transportation service. The rides we received were over-priced and with poor driver service.

This hotel should be closed for repair, but operating unsafely. The ceiling was leaking water (from one of the bathrooms) onto the floor by the elevator for the corridor to the dining room. Slippery and dangerous to all guests. The wrong design of glass doors for the bathroom of Room 624, it's very dangerous to walk in for toilet and shower.

Good location to the port. We walked to Galerias Pacifico. There is construction in the area, but we were not bothered by it. I would stay here again.

The street(s), sidewalks were littered with trash and refuse from garbage bins emptied by homeless sleeping on the sidewalks. This is not a welcome site when visiting for business or pleasure. The city and/or government should take action to make for a cleaner, more appealing city.

The area or district where the hotel was located was very unclean with trash, homeless persons lying on the sidewalks, and odor from refuse on the sidewalks. The price of water, juice, and snacks were priced too high. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
