Bad experience.

Our stay was full of frustration and disappointment. Listen to me and listen well, about the only think this property has going for it, it the location. The instructions to check in.. it was a struggle to get them. I get that the place is a studio., I have lived in NYC (New York) but please fix your description better. We were a family of 4 adults. The studio is really best for 2 adults ONLY. There is not enough space for anything else. We did not have enough toilet paper, we had to buy., we had only two towels! And the shampoo bottle was left empty too. It’s was really bad. Communication via what’s up only and that is really not customer service. The what’s up property manager told us to wait until tomorrow for more towels and toilet paper!!! Needless to say we had to go out and buy all the deficiencies of the studio. I could go on and on about the lack of everything and the feel of just being a money cow ( sorry but is true)but I don’t think I have enough space. Just don’t stay here if u are more that two adults. The beds are old and not comfortable.

First of all, communication with property was very dismal. I had emailed them for check-in instructions a couple of days before the start of the rerservation and no one responded. When I got to BA, I called the number in the reservation and someone responded on WhatsApp and was told we had to wait till 3pm because the unit was still being cleaned. At a little after 3pm, we went to room to find it was completely NOT cleaned. Called again and they gave excuses about cleaning staff being too busy. When the cleaning staff got there they asked us what needed cleaning?! I said everything and pointed out that the bed was not made, there was dust everywhere, marked up walls, and mold in the bathrooms. We were asked to go to the multi-purpose room and wait about 40 minutes for room to be cleaned. Upon our return, the unit was cleaned up mostly, but there was was still mold around bathroom fixtures. We were so tired after almost 20 hours of traveling that we just gave up. The unit itself faced the street and the noise level was insane. While the property itself appeared to be newer, the windows did not block any noise at all. With all the windows closed, you can literally make out conversations happening on the street. It didn't help that a fire station is right down the street either. When the fire trucks went by, the sirens sounded like they were inside the unit. We would not recommend this place for these reasons. Other than the location, it had nothing redeemable nor a good value.

To begin with, I was supposed to receive instructions on how to access the building and apartment 24 hours before my arrival, but I never did. I ended up having to call the host while on the way from the airport, which caused unnecessary stress. When I finally arrived, I discovered that the apartment was not the one shown in the photos. It was smaller and didn’t have a street view as advertised. Although the apartment was modern and well-equipped, it wasn’t very clean—there were stains on the pillows, comforter, and bed sheets. For a 10-day stay, only one bath towel and one hand towel were provided, which was far from sufficient. There was a sign stating that the host could assist with currency exchange, but when I inquired about it, my request was completely ignored. It’s disappointing because the apartment had potential, but the lack of care from the host makes it hard for me to recommend this place to anyone.

Hard to communicate with owners, and small cockroaches in suite..... I had my suitcase on the ground and they got into it as well. I have photos of them to verify. Also mosquitos and other flying small bugs in the suite, so the cleaners must have had the patio doors open when cleaning.

Muy malo el lugar. La experincia pesima. Mala comunicación, no respondia. Cuando nos respondio nos pidio foto de la tarjeta de credito y del Dni. No sabemos para que pero desde la aplicacion hoteles nos afirmaron q no se la teniamos q pasar. No teniamos agua en el baño al llegar, le avisamos al anfitrion y nunca nos respondio. Al dia siguiente le comentamos a las señoras de la limpieza y nos comento que hacia varios dias que no tenian agua caliente.

Super bien! El unico detalle es que ya sabiamos que llegabamos antes , avisamos inclusive cuando nos contactamos x whats app, todo muy cordial , pero bueno era a las 15 , fuimos a comer y a las 15.10 pregunté si estaba disponible y recien ahi nos madaron todo, in detalle nomas, no me afectó en nada la estadia, muy bien, volveria!!!

Al llegar, no podríamos ingresar al edificio ni al depto ya que no nos enviaron los códigos de acceso y no hay nadie en el lobby que pueda apoyarte. Tuvimos que irnos con nuestras maletas a buscar un sitio con wifi para contactar al admon, y después de 1h nos contestaron para enviarnos la info. Al ingresar no había información para conectarse al internet, y nuevamente el admon no contestaba. En general el depto está muy bien y en buenas condiciones, la ubicación es buena, pero el servicio y atención me parecieron malos. El baño tenía una fuga, intentamos cerrar llaves de acceso, pero se estuvo tirando el agua toda la noche.
