This is not a hotel. It seems to be a few rooms in a residential building. There are NO services. Please investigate. I am surprised it was listed on your web site. I did not stay there. I left immediately and am requesting a full refund.

I wouldn't stay there again

Service has come down sharply. The rooms are not clean and in pretty bad shape: door knobs fall off in your hands, walls are dirty, furniture is scarce and in not such a good shape. The area and the swimming pool are great, but don't compensate for the bad service and terrible conditions of the rooms. I wouldn't stay there again.

Excelent location but needs maintenace

Flaat del Polo still is an excelent place to stay. We have stayed there several times. Excelent location, nice amenities (swimming pool and gym included) and very good looks. The downside is that the apartment we stayed in is not in such a good shape. The walls are scratched, the wooden floor needs repair, the refrigerator freezer is loaded with frost, and so on.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Bedside table lamp was broken, AC in living room broken, hair dryer on the wall was not assembled properly and therefore would hang off the wall, same as buzzer-literally would be hanging off the wall. Blackout curtains falling off the rail, it was super bright in there- bring an eye mask if light bothers you. VERY LOUD in the mornings specially. Not enough towels available. It has great potential but I would not stay there again. Great pool though, gets crowded

Rent a condo

When we pulled up we thought we were in the wrong place- no sign and different address. Had to go up to top floor to check in. Room is nice overlooking the street with patio. Walls were a bit dirty, lock of glass door to outside patio was broken. Informed staff within 2 hours of check in- it was never fixed 2 days later.

Alteraram o local de estadia um dia antes da viagem. Ao final da viagem, fui contatada por um estranho, querendo saber a que horas se daria o check out e querendo combinar sobre as chaves. Achei demasiado informal e desorganizado. Não gostei.
