The suite was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area within walking distance to restaurants, shops, sights and public transportation. We appreciated the mini fridge. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of foods.

Check in was smooth. We arrived early with plan to leave our suitcase with the front desk until check in time but one of our rooms was ready and we were able to leave all our items there and freshen up. The room is modern, spacious and spotless. Large bathrooms with bidet. Peaceful balcony.

All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu is average though. We didn’t have time to use the free facilities like spa etc as the hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood. We are always out exploring. Many nice restaurants close by and walkable to some landmarks like Recoleta Cementry and shopping districts. Highly recommend this hotel for value minded travellers.
