We stayed a couple of nights - our room was very spacious, including the bathroom. It also featured a nice balcony with a view of the street. The hotel is in Recoleta, steps away from the cemetery and close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good - I would just recommend a bigger choice of healthy options (seeds, bread, yoghurt). Thanks!

Good small hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location in heart of Recoleta with good cafés & restaurants only a few steps away. Rooms are large with all facilities but a little austere, fine if you’re going to be out sightseeing, I only noticed because I was in the room working. My room was a bit noisy, probably because I was on the second floor facing the street so street noise woke me early. Lovely sunny pool area & small pool on 11th floor.

Excellent reasonably priced small hotel in handy location between Recoleta sights and El Ateneo bookstore (a must see). Only slight disappointment (4 stars rather than 5) because a bit noisy (we were on 8th floor street side) and breakfast okay but not great (and room crowded). Still very happy with hotel and would recommend.

Room and breakfast was ok. The hotel’s is nicely located. What’s surprising is the category of Exceptional, it’s far from it. It’s also surprising that the offering incluses ‘Air conditioning with control’, when the room was like a sauna, and the hotel refused to honor this offering
