Great house and close to a lot of golf. Friends and I really enjoyed the sim, and the instructions helped get it up and running in no time. We initially had the issue house the fridge wasn’t cold, but when we texted Dylan, he had two smaller fridges there in 30-40 minutes. The fridge ended up getting cold overnight, so we didn’t need an appliance repair person to come out, but he really made sure we were taken care of.

Perfect location

This house totally met our needs. It was as stated in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. What we wish it had - comfortable seating for more than 4 people in the living room. There were several things that need fixing, especially the window cranks. With no air conditioning, we would have liked to open more windows. Also, the front door screen was wonky. It had trouble latching and unlatching. We will totally stay again. This was our 2nd stay at this house.

Great family stay

This is a cute home in a great location. Spacious back yard with hot tub is lovely for children. Primary bedroom is a larger size with its bathroom attached. Worked well for a few of us to stay during a local family reunion in BV.

Weekend Family Reunion

My family joined my sister and her family with our dad in Buena Vista over Labor Day weekend to enjoy the Mount Princeton Hot Springs and relax. This house was ideal for our two families to share. It was clean and comfortable with everything that we could possibly need. We had a little difficulty figuring out how to lock the key pad door since it didn't lock automatically but had to have the outer lock turned right after entering the code, but other than that, things were great. Everyone especially enjoyed the hot tub and the yard was securely enclosed for our dog to safely enjoy. The property manager was also pleasant to work with. I would recommend this house for a get-away!

Great place in BV

Our family (spouse, adult children & grandchildren) spent 2 nights here. Great location and layout of the home. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Just be aware that the listing clearly states there is no air conditioning. It cooled enough at night with the windows open, but some of the windows do not have screens and none of the windows on the back bedroom/sun porch open.

Great property and a great location

My friend and I brought our dogs here for a weekend away and we really enjoyed it! The beds were very comfortable as the rest of the house. We used the hot tub both evenings that we were there and really enjoyed that. The only negative comment any of us had was about, the taxidermy animals as decorations. That was the only thing we didn’t really like. Otherwise, it is a great property and we had a terrific weekend!

Spring Break Nightmare

The location of the house is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. However, we had multiple issues with the house during our stay that completely ruined our experience in Colorado. First things first, we expected the house to have a working HEATER but that was not the case. The owner was fully aware they were experiencing issues and still allowed us to rent the house out. After our first night of our four night stay we contacted the management group and that's when it was brought our attention that the owner didnt have the repairman lined up to come until Wednesday, which was the expected last night of our trip. The house got so cold at night that my fiance couldn't even sleep in the master bedroom and stayed on the extremely broken in couch (which hurt his back). We ended up leaving one night early just to avoid being in that house when the bad snowstorm rolled in to avoid the torturing cold temperatures. The washing machine stopped working midwash. We had to hand ring out our clothes and bring them home dripping wet. The oven had cleaner and debris left in it but before realizing this the house was full of smoke and had to be aired out because it triggered the fire alarm. If you have allergies to dogs do not rent this house they do not clean properly and there are signs of pet debris everywhere. We contacted Evolve more than half a dozen times & did not get any assistance with our experience. I would never rent w/this management company or owner again.

A great place to stay.

We stayed at this house for 4 nights,and could not have been more pleased. We chose this property for the location near downtown, the King Bed, and especially the fenced yard since we traveled with our 16 month old Border Collie. Even though the house was larger than we needed, it was well worth the extra cost for the fenced yard. The bed in the master was very comfortable, as was the entire house. There was not anything that we would have needed that was not provided. It would have been nice to have a closet for hanging clothes in the master, but it was not a problem for us to use the one in the second bedroom. The hot tub was convenient and would have been a plus, but it was rainy and/or chilly every evening, so we did not use it. We would definitely stay at this house again, especially with another couple to share the cost. There were some minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved with one text.

Comfortable Clean Home

This is an older home that has a great location, nice backyard for the dog, comfortable bed, and small little luxuries(ie: quality tp, good silverware, glasses and dishes). Maybe one day provide a grill, upgrade the pots/pan and coffee maker. Hot tub is a plus.

Great little vacation rental !

Great location in Buena Vista! Easy walk to the Main Street. We drove because it was raining a lot. Close to so many beautiful peaks-great views and lots of hikes. Home is small but worked well for our family of 7. (4 adult sons, one fiancé and my husband and I. Loved the hot tub. We got take out from a few places and ate out one night. Very well stocked with towels, paper products,soaps/shampoo/conditioner/body wash,garbage bags. The one thing that could be improved upon is the kitchen pans. We would definitely rent again!!
