I paid $270 for a room that is clearly a $50 a night status. The bathroom has mold from improper ventilation, the vent doesn’t work without a light on, there was hair from previous guests in the shower, there is a terrible smell in the rooms that does not go away, and the espresso machine in the room has terrible instructions. I understand I’m paying for the whole experience but I am seriously disappointed in the quality of room in the hillside part. The sauna also was disgustingly bad, smelled like wet dog, has mold growing in it. I didn’t even want to try to use the bathroom in the bath house. The only great part of this place was my waitress in the steakhouse

We loved the hot springs themselves and the cabin style lodging. The cabin with three beds was perfect for our family of 5. Some of staff was somewhat less than friendly on several occasions, but other than that, our stay was secluded and awesome.
