I’m surprised the room we got with what expedia portraits for the rooms at this place. There was mold on the wall. Horrible smell, the furniture was in very poor condition. My son requested blanquests to sleep in the sofa bed and they said they didn’t have any but a bed sheet. The mattress on the sofa bed was very dirty. I was very surprised the pictures I saw than what they gave us for the room. In the description it said they had breakfast but they didn’t have anything supposedly because of remodeling but we didn’t see anything going on. Very very super disappointed

We were able to check in a little earlier than 4 pm indicated check in time. The staff for check in was not friendly. She didn't even explain where the room is located so I have to ask which side of the building the room was at. The building is old so a lot of places need renovations. Each room has glass wall and door at the front and using wood shutters to block the view to inside the room. However, they are broken and need replacement in ALL the rooms. As we pass by each room down the hall to get to our room, we can peek inside the room even the shutters were closed. Good thing there is a door in between the living room and the bedroom area so there's privacy. We found food leftover from previous guests left inside the freezer in the mini fridge. Towels looked like new so that's nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. It's in walking distances to restaurants close by and Knott's Berry Farm.

The AC in our room wasn’t working. It wasn’t a very hot day but the room was hotter than the temp outside. We requested maintenance and they said they could call me to have someone repair it but the room phone did not work so I never received a call. This was resolved the next day but we did not have AC the first day. We were offered a fan but it was a very old fan and the electric plug was badly bent. Otherwise the room was clean and staff did their best to help.

We called before I did my reservation, and asked for an early check in, we were told that we could do it after 2, I got the room and we waited in the parking lot, a little later we went in and asked if we could used the bathroom Emily ( receptionist) told me that the bathrooms in the lobby were broken since the night before? I proceeded to ask if they had another bathroom I could use and she told me almost laughing IN THE ROOMS…. But nothing for You to use here, while I was in the car I call to Speak to a manager… well Emily wasn’t to happy and proceeded to tell me that there wasn’t a manager in the property and she hanged up on me….. this place is beautiful, but it shows that no one care about the property, jacuzzi and pool where out of order, the smelled like mold or something like it. I see all this bad reviews and I can tell they are not changing anything, I did talked to 3 receptionists they were nice. No manager on the property, place is filthy and the personal seems comfortable of not giving a dime For this place…. I regretted it staying there……

The hotel was under renovation so 1/2 the hotel was closed and construction being done. But the room was clean and quiet after dark. The trip was to visit Knott's Berry Farm so having a clean place to sleep was most important.

so from the outside the hotel is simple beautiful and amazing but the room are ok the shower hear are rusted we had 2 rooms and the both were the same from the heads, the ac didn't work for one until the next day we were there and also there was no toilet paper beside the one on the roller and was almost finish the following day we ask the receptionist if we could get toilet paper and towels she said yes no problem will send someone with some, we went to knotts for the whole and came back no toilet paper the pool was close maybe cause it was not so warm but the weather for the price we pay the cleanliness was horrible if i would stay in that hotel again for the price no

Its not the worse but isnt top rated either.

The hotel is definitely old and rundown. The drawers in our room didnt even work they were broken. Wasnt cleaned very well and they didnt accommodate to anything.

There wasnt much I didnt like I mean I was only originally going to a total of three nights. My business trip is going better than expected so I stayed here another 4 days I liked the Hotel so much. To0 shelf service and the rpoms are fabulpus. Has a real Veags feel to it. Would highly recomme Sean M C.I.P.M.
