Stay was wonderful, check-in was smooth with no issue. Breakfast was very typical (juice, cereal, waffles and fruit). Lose 1 star due to the fact that ice machine didn’t work at all the 3 nights I stayed. Also when trying to load the car the day before leaving housekeeping was cleaning a neighboring room and gave attitude when asked if she could adjust her cart to not be right in the middle, she didn’t like that at all. Without the 2 disappointments the stay was very pleasant.

Our stay was impeccable, we arrived very late and our room was not given away we had a pool view; room was super clean and as a retired housekeeping manager, trust me this was a great room. Not a brand-new property but clean and friendly staff. Made a world of a difference. Thank you

Check in and out was quick and staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast included bread, bagels, muffins, waffles, cereal and coffee and juices. Rooms were a decent size with plenty of space to hang clothes. I felt the rooms were not very clean and vinyl plank flooring had huge gaps in areas. Bed was comfortable. The heating and cooking system worked well but also gave off a scent of urine. Fortunately,I really didn’t need heat or air conditioning. Shower was lukewarm at best. There were days I could not even get in the shower it was so cold. The water also did not drain well and I developed a rash on my foot- which I needed medication for and my doctor said it was related to the shower. As for noise level, you can hear the traffic, which is fine. However, you can also hear the neighbors on each side of you and above you as well- including their TV. I could tell when someone from the East Coast arrived as I heard them walking and watching TV starting at 3:00 am. There was also a big dumpster being emptied each morning around 6am-ish. Overall, the dirtiness of the room, cold showers and lack of shower drainage would stop me from staying here again. I read a lot of great reviews stating the rooms were clean so I took a chance. Some reviews stated they saw roaches; however, I did not see any during my December stay. I did feel safe in the area and loved being walking distance from Porto’s bakery!

The place is pretty worn down and every part of the room showed that. There was an immediate musty, rotten smell up on walking into the room. Furniture like the table was peeling, the sheets on the bed had a funky odor like it wasn't clean. Tried calling the Front Desk but couldn't from the non-functioning "Quality Inn" phone. Bathroom also had black mold around the sink. I'd say it might be time to fix it up. If you also take hot showers, this place doesn't have hot water either.

LATEST CHECK-IN EVER (4pm)! HIGHEST EVER CASH DEPOSIT! (No Thanks)! Here is what I experienced at this place! I walk in and provide ID and credit card and say I booked on Expedia! A girl with (get this) a T-shirt on and no nametag takes my items. As she is processing, I say, "Do you know you guys charge the highest deposit of any hotel I ever stayed at?" The T-shirt girls responds, "I have worked 20 years in the business and this is standard!" I rebut: "Well, I am a Platinum member of Expedia . . . [she rolls her eyes] . . . and I have never paid that much." I continue: "Now, when I have stayed at The Four Seasons or The Ritz-Carlton they don't even do that. I leave my CC open, but if I don't purchase any INCIDENTALS, there are no other charges. So when I leave, I don't have to keep checking my card to see if my deposit is put back!" T-shirt points to the laundry-list of typing (see the photos) and says, "Our rules are right here to read; if you can read!" Yep, that's what she said! So now we are in a tit-for-tat. I countered, "Why don't you just tell me the rules while you check me in, you are capable of doing that aren't you?" She rebuffs, "You can choose to stay or you can choose not to, it's up to you! What are you going to do!!" Well, I'm still standing here, so what do you think!? At that point she gets up and says she is NOT going to help me and tells her co-worker to finish and she exits to the back! The male comes over to finish, but doesn't know where she left off
