Overall not a great experience. Check in was slow, some of our group got welcome drinks but not others. Even though we booked separately. Struggled to find extra duvet for our room, tea and coffee facilities were not replaced once used. No hotel bar available so nothing to do in the evening. Positives - close to the train station. Petrol station close by for snacks

Great place to stay at. A bit for from the city of Zurich but the bus station is right in front of the hotel so it is easy to commute. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the receptionist who helped us figure out our broken luggage, and the staff member who was always greeting us for breakfast in the morning.

Comfortable and convenient staying

Good value for money. Even though it is a bit far from city center you can still reach it in less than half an hour as you have easy access to public transportation. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Zurich is a great city and the public transportation around the hotel is great. Though, the services are limited, not even the coffee was refilled. The property itself could use a touch up. It looks very outdated.
