Overnight Stay In Budapest

This place is excellent. So clean, so comfortable, so quiet. The rooms are up to date and the overall appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. Their breakfast is also top notched. The only drawback to this location was the parking. I had to pay 49 Euros to park my car overnight which is a bummer. Unfortunately that seems to be common in Budapest but try to find a location with available parking.

I would have preferred something more than I need your passport and credit card. I know it's necessary, but a little service goes a long way. Maybe start with hi and welcome and not what's you name.

We had a great three night stay. The staff on reception were particularly helpful. They enthusiastically answered our questions and on one occasion went above and beyond. Excellent choice at breakfast. Wide selection of Belgium beers, only some of which we had a chance to sample, either before going out for food, or after. Hotel is relatively close to the landmarks. We walked everywhere. It’s especially close to restaurants and bars. Would recommend Menza Étterem at the end of the street for good food, speedily delivered. Booking advised, although we got lucky with a walk-in. Only thing for us, and minor, the wifi didn’t quite stretch to the top floor. At the end of a whistle-stop, four hotel holiday, this one came out top.

Hotel is very convenient to sightseeing locationns and shopping. Breakfast is amazing, and very good quality and variety. Beds are firmer than my travel companion and I prefer i wish European hotels would offer a top sheet in addition to the duvet. It was a bit warm at times in the room and just a top sheet would have made it better for sleeping because the duvet was too warm. Staff were excellent and friendly and helpfull.

Wow what a lovely hotel.

This was our first trip to Budapest which is a beautiful city made all the better by such a lovely hotel with amazing staff. Our hotel room, a superior, was lovely. It looked as it it had recently been renovated. It was spotlessly clean and a good size. The breakfast had lots of choices. It was very central to a lot of Budapests beautiful land marks. If we ever came to Budapest again we would stay here again. I would highly recommend staying here.

High quality value in prime location

The hotel looked and felt clean - the room, the bedding, the bathroom area. Towels were plentiful. Mattress was comfortable and I slept well all three nights we stayed there. The breakfast had good variety and quality. Service was friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. We had tickets to the Opera which was only two blocks away. There are many terrific restaurants within a few blocks, including Fleischer - a surprising and excellent NY style bistro - just across the alley from the lobby.
