Hotel was clean but the staff was not helpful. We needed to be picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport, but the overnight attendee would not answer the phone. We had to pay for taxis from the airport. A/C in the room was broken, told the attendee and he told us to just open the window.

We had to go down for the AC controller. All rooms were open when we arrived. Covered were in the cabinet but only very small pillows. Tiny tv. Refrigerator yes but that’s pretty much it. No elevator. The shuttle was full - driver was really not in a good mood. He loaded the bags but did not offload them. We had food ordered, it was dropped off at the reception - no communication to us about it.

Convenient location for early flights

We had an early flight and did not want to wake up too early or travel a lot in the morning. We had a decent sized room, the receptionists were very kind and helpful. I saw the reviews and was slightly concerned but luckily could not find anything negative. We also used the shuttle from the airport and to the airport as well after dropping the hire car off.

This hotel was great! Woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Was able to set up a transfer to the airport for $2,400HUF excellent service. Hotel is old but very clean and nice. Area is near the airport (industrial area) grocery store nearby for any food and drink needs. Would reccomend.
