A great hotel for an enjoyable stay in Budapest

Hotel is close to the City Center, shopping mall and the river. Rooms were very clean and spacious with comfortable King size beds. Hotel service was very good.

Overall nice hotel and nice stay. But it really should improve sound proofing. We were set in room wich was connected with the other room(door between was locked) and could hear anything that the other couple do. Listening to other people making love was not my kind of fun.

I can't recommend this place in general! the location is ok and the price is good, but of course you shouldn't expect a nice service. the worst thing was the housekeepers, they were really load and noisy in the coridor. I also forgot my expensive sunglasses in my hotel room after I checked out , but they told me that they didn't find anything there. I'm 100% sure that I left them in there. so if you're planning to stay there, make sure that you won't forget to take all your stuff. otherwise, you won't get anything back! they are not that nice! a very important tip, don't try the restaurants and tours recommended by the reception.

noisy place!

Very poor service! the room was extremely noisy. during the night, I was waken up by the noise from the coridor. housekeepers were really loud! the shower holder was broken and they didn't fix it when I told them. I also forgot my expensive sunglasses in my hotel room, and I'm sure that it was there but I didn't have time to go back and take it when I noticed that. but when I called them to ask the to send them to me, they said the housekeepers haven't seen anything which can't be true. I have to say the location is very good and the price was good as well, but it costed me 250 € extra (suglasses)!

Great place to stay :)

What a lovely place to stay, great location, shops, bars and restaurants within a few steps. Hotel staff were very helpful and gave lots of information regarding places to visit and local transport. The hotel was recommended to us by a friend that had previously stayed.

Seniors Visit to Budapest

Nice hotel, 15 to 20 minutes wall to Danube and tourist area, Large shopping center and coffee shops 20 meters away. Big plus hotel was very quiet at night, no noise. Breakfast selection could get a revamp, but good selection if you eat salads etc in morning.
