Villa Marioli is a farmhouse complex in the heart of Tuscany: a unique terrace overlooking the Chianti countryside.
The ancient buildings are located near Montebenichi (about 200 meters away), an ancient fortress of Siena in the Middle Ages.

It is an old farmhouse, part of the building dating back to the 15th century and in the 90s the building was completely renovated and the house came back to life.

The house is surrounded by several hectares of olive groves, producing a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. Oil bottles can be purchased directly from the complex.

The complex consists of five apartments and each apartment is completely independent with its own solarium, barbecue, private entrance, parking and swimming pool and hot tub inside and outside the swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi.

It is also very well located for starting daily excursions to the most beautiful and most interesting areas of Tuscany and also of Umbria.

The Capanna apartment has 2 + 1 beds.

The apartment was created in the ancient barn.

Surface 60 on two levels. A bedroom with bathroom (where there is possibly space to add a cot for a child), kitchen, dining room, sofa (which if necessary becomes a bed) with fireplace and satellite TV.
