A not recommended place in Bucharest, Romania

The place was unexpectable. We decided to leave on the same evening when arrived. I really expect my money back. I gave the owner the key on the first night and move to a hotel. How do I get my money back. The address of the meeting and the address of the property are not at the same place. Misleading. I would like to get my money back. The place is humid, smell bad.
