Not same description in while booking Adress in downtown is for agency and not for proprety. I did walk for 1 km with my baggage. Terrible time

The appartement is well equipped and will decorated. The Hot water is not enough for 2 consécutifs showers(this one can be handle). The main problem is with the very old elevator witch it’s not secure...It makes me feel terrified...so I didn’t used a lot!

The location is very good. The apartment is roomy, warm and comfortable. The window looks out to Revolution Square which is a very important place in Romania's recent history.

Great location, privacy and good value for money

Thank you guys for my stay Korona Suites; great central city location and yet a quite apartment within all means of transport downstairs, busses, taxis, metro and a secure public underground parking across the road. 30 Celsius outside and yet a very quick responsive self controlled air condition inside. Clean and private on the 4th floor in my case which proves that I don't have to pay 5 stars prices to be in a 5 star location (next to Intercontinental); definitely highly recommended and on my quite often trips to Bucharest I'll be back to Korona Suites. Thank you Florin for your concern for me and for the professional touch, attention to details and providing a good facility and an example to all involved in tourism in Bucharest, a great value for money, best regards, a.h. Very comfortable studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Near Unirii metro and just behind the Carrefour supermarché. Florin met me at the airport and took me to the apartment and then returned me to the airport and I had a slight problem with a stuck doorbell and he came over right away and sorted it.D

Bad Experience throughout

I had to complain to expedia on my first day as Bed mattress was completely ruined and and same as pillow. I had a terrible back and neck pain after first night. It's was not even cleaned. I dont know how expedia market such property. Not worth it even it's free. Never stayed such bad accommodation.Lot of electrical wires exposed. It's dangerous.

Central location with beautiful view

The apartment was located in the center of Bucharest (University Place), with a beautiful view over the Museum of Art (former Royal Palace), in a walking distance from many restaurants and museums, and close to the Cismigiu park. The staff was very approachable, they contacted me before my arrival and I got the key very fast. The apartment was spartan, containing the minimum of furniture. The bed mattress was old and sagging... When it got colder outside, the heat did not work and the room became uncomfortable. Other wise, the staff was very welcoming and ready to help with anything.

Very disappointed.

Pictures displayed on the Expedia website were nothing like the apartment we were given. Website show a clean modern apartment, ours was run down and dirty. The 3 nights we were stayed we had no hot water. Location was the only positive. Very close to Bucharest city and surroundings.

this is an apartment in downtown, close to all sightseeings. You have to call owner before you come, if you have no roaming on your phone, you will never check-in.

Check-in was super easy. I usually stay in hotels, so it was much larger than what I was expected. Really made me feel like I was at home. Location was great. Definitely going to be staying here again for my next, and all future, visits.

Bait and switch

The room was a standalone bedsit about 1.7km from the address given on the booking. When I arrived at the written address a handyman called the owner, who gave me a Google maps printout with the real address and called someone else to meet me there. When I arrived at the arranged time I was kept waiting on the street for 20 minutes. The flat itself looked over a 3-way tram junction and turning point, so was quite noisy. It was overheated and the radiator valve was broken. There was only hot water in the shower for the first day of my stay and I think the remote for the TV needed new batteries It was clean and the WiFi worked well.

clean and convenient location

The location is different from the address shows on the webpages. But the apartment is located near old town where is convenient for tourists. The staff is helpful but it is necessary to confirm arrival time in advance as there is no reception and an office for guests. The apartment is clean and is fully cooking facilities. It is not the one show on the pictures.
