Enjoy your private terrace with barbecue and ocean view, don't miss a day of training in the gym and relax in the jacuzzi and pool area with snack bar.
The apartment has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a 43” Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, large closet, and private full bathroom with rain shower. There is also a work desk with two monitors.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave oven, good size refrigerator/freezer, conventional oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a second 55” Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a large dining room for 4 people, a second full bathroom for guests and a washer-dryer available for guests.
On the ocean view terrace there is a lounge bed, a dining table for four and a gas grill creating the perfect space to enjoy the sunsets and the ocean breeze.

All guests have access to the pool area, Jacuzzi, snack bar and gym on the #1 floor of the building.
