El hotel san rey No cumplió con la reserva q hice

YO RESERVÉ PIR LA WEB HOTELES.com y al llegar el hotel SAN REY. Me dijeron q ellos habían estado tres Diaz sin internet y q no tenían conocimiento de mi reserva y por tanto no me aceptaban como Huesped. Imagínense usted cómo queda uno y la familia pues llevábamos diez horas de viaje desde Bogota para q le salgan con esa excusa. !!! No hay derecho !!!
