The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, tiled stove, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna. German and Czech programs


Location
Bublava, 700 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 900 sqm open garden plot with meadow, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house, there is CSR EZG 110 (8 people), CSR EZG 111 (3 people), and CSR EZG 112 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved, length 150 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
