This location was great, but the place itself definitely has plumbing issues. The kitchen sink was dripping, the sink in the bathroom didn’t work, and while the sink in the bedroom was working, it made noises in the middle of the night because I used it. It was actually so loud it woke me up several times. I’m also not sure this place has hot water because I ran it for several minutes without any luck of it heating up. The shower could possibly have been clean but the idea of no hot water and the pink/orange mold on the bottom of the shower curtain kept me from testing it out. They also have automatic lights that turn off in the stairwell. Which is super scary since there is absolutely zero natural light and it will be dark on you as you are making your way up or down the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a little difficult getting in and communicating with the host initially, but once we got in we loved the location and quaintness of the space.

The place was clean and view from the sunroof is great. It's also well situated in the center of Brussels surrounded by shops and restaurants. The property shows washer and dryer as amenities, however there is no laundry services in the unit, just paid Laundromats in the area. Still we were able to use the paid laundry down the road and have a beer while we waited. The host was very responsive to my questions.

De ligging van het appartement is natuurlijk fantastisch. De inventaris is compleet.Maar er zijn wel problemen:De communicatie is matig, de locatie aangeven op de VRBO website komt niet overeen met de routebeschrijving. Het appartement heeft groot onderhoud nodig; De kranen lekken en de vloer is aan vervanging toe.

Appartamento centralissimo, vicino alla Grand Place e alla Borsa. Pulito e attrezzato, letti comodi; è una mansarda per cui alcune zone sono basse e i bagni un po' piccoli. È al quarto piano e le scale sono strette, per cui se viaggiate con bimbi piccoli o molti bagagli è un po' scomodo.Wi - fi funziona, solo un po' complicato collegarsi.
