Room was fantastic. Big comfy bed, pillows were great. 3 skylights in the room, and the noise was barely getting through when we listening. Tub was big, staff were great. They need to update that they do have a front desk now, and it's inside the restaurant. But nothing to complain about

Cosy hôtel that’s well-located for exploring the old parts of the city. Excellent, helpful staff. Cons: small rooms, but nothing resembling a bathroom. The shower is built into the bedroom.

This hotel is in the heart of Brussels, and while it was a bit noisy due to its central location, I didn’t really mind. It added to the city’s lively atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was spotless and well-kept, making my stay comfortable and pleasant overall. A great choice if you want to be right in the middle of all the action!

Comfortable stay in Belgium

The staff was nice and thoughtful. The room was spacious and quiet! The room had a blow dryer, mini fridge, and spacious room. The bed was comfortable and large.

This was an amazing hotel, located in the perfect spot to enjoy Brussels. If you get a chance, book this hotel, you will not be sorry.

Our room was very quiet despite being in a lively part of the city. We noted a few items of issue to the staff (loose faucet and loose shower head). The room was a bit dingy but I think there are rooms more update than the one we had according to the pictures on the website. We came in late (23:15) and had a bit of trouble finding the hotel as the entry was through the bar/restaurant and all the way through to the back and not well marked. Luckily a gentlemen out for a smoke break and saw that we likely were looking for the hotel and sent us in the right direction. Hotel staff was not on site when we arrived but a nice gentleman from the bar helped us figure out how to access our room. Once we settled in the location was awesome for exploring the city and close to the Grand Place. The Brussels Central station was a 15 minute walk and Brussels Midi station was a 26 minute walk. All-in-all a good value and good location.

Ok so this hotel has the bathtub/shower literally in the small bedroom and we actually got the bed wet when the water hit my shoulder in the wrong direction. And there is no wall so it's a bed and a bathtub/shower in same space. Omg. And to make matters worse it is on top of a bar that will pound your room till way after midnight. How anyone gives this place more than one star we are amazed. Worst hotel in kastbtheee years in Europe for us. We missed the ball when we reserved for one night luckily

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an area that is amongst a lot of great restaurants and bars. It is within walking distances of the shopping areas and transport links. I would definitely stay here again.

An absolute disaster

If you are thinking of booking this place and the price looks too good, please know that IT IS. You will regret staying here unless you are a 20 something friend of one of the club promoters downstairs. The hotel is a design disaster with walls and carpet in shambles. The worst part is the thumping music and smoke that billows up till 3am from the bar downstairs. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Bel hôtel, lit confortable. Soyez conscient que l'hôtel est situé près de certains bar, les chambres face à la rue (celle que nous avions) beaucoup de bruit/musique/personnes qui chantent/parlent fort. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger je vous conseil de demander des chambres autres que celles à l avant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon Dans l'ensemble c est un bon hôtel, central pour visiter les attraits principaux
