Great location for tourists, close to the train station and city center. The room was spacious and big bathroom. The A/C wasn’t working and they gave us a fan on the second night and was asked to open our windows. Good thing it was a cold night (we were on 2nd floor).

A short walk to the Midi/Zuid station. Breakfast buffet selection was great. Hotel was clean though I didn’t like the smell of the bath towel. Overall our stay was great!

Location was great because it was close to the train station. But the areas around it are not very well kept, although it didn't feel unsafe. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked that we can skip room cleaning and get a voucher for each day that we did. And that they provided water bottles to fill from the fountain at the lobby. Can improve: Provide drinking glasses in the room, in addition to the coffee cups. Also, I had to clean the fridge before using it because it had some food stains. And the charging outlets turned off with the lights, so cannot charge devices while sleeping (and the charging outlets on the right side of the bed were not working)!

The location of this hotel is terrible. Its convenient to the train station but that area feels very unsafe and dodgy. You should seriously reconsider having your hotel there or just closing it down. I really feel that having tourists there is just asking for trouble. Very disappointing and not what i would expect from a Novotel!!

Will stay again

This hotel was close to the station but quiet and so lovely. The staff were so on it even letting us leave our cases so that we could go and explore before we booked in. Having a drink on the outside terrace, in good weather is a must. Getting to any of the sights from this hotel was really easy with the metro train and bus station within a 5 minute walk.
