Beautiful grounds, lobby and room. Our room faced a restaurant and street view so not mucg to see but the window was deep(like a 3 foot ledge) so I sat inside it and read my book. That was a nice feature. Beds were clean and comfy, the king was huge. Bathroom was nice to have shower and tub seperate.

Excellent Stay in a Prime Location. We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Martijn at the front desk made us feel welcome - he was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities, our room, and gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions. The location is ideal, with many key sights just a 10–15 minute walk away. Breakfast exceeded expectation - where most hotels fall short, this one truly delivered. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommended!

Location is good, surrounded by lots of cafes, yet quiet and not crowded. The room is spacious - including the bathroom, which has everything we need PLUS a very comfortable bed. Special mention on the staff - Charlie, who checked us in and out, super helpful. Kader - the concierge who helped us with our bag storage was also humorous and friendly. Highly recommended!

This is a super hotel, really central location within walking distance of all main attractions. Staff were very helpful and even left a special message for my husband’s birthday in the room which was appreciated. Breakfast was the highlight - a great selection of hot & cold buffet with the option of made-to-order speciality eggs (scrambled / boiled / omelette with variety of fillings). Junior was great waiter, extremely friendly and attentive. The room was of a high standard, spacious with a great minibar. The hotel recognises eco-friendly guests by offering 2 free minibar items for every day they miss cleaning which is a great idea and was valued by us. The gym is small but functional with some hand weights, couple of cardio machines and a multi-weight machine. We couldn’t park at the hotel as our car was too large for the spaces (4x4) so please be aware of this. We were able to park overnight free outside hotel (9pm-9am) but then used a 24/7 covered car park for 24 EUR. Parking is expensive everywhere in Brussels and this is standard price. We couldn’t find the bar shown in the photos which felt like the hotel lacked a vibrant community space. There seemed to be a bar in the restaurant (which we didn’t try) but this was only open during meal times. Overall was a lovely hotel and worthy of its rating and reviews. We would definitely return when in Brussels.

Good variety of hot and cold breakfast choices that catered for carnivores to vegans and gluten free. Also had cakes and waffle maker. You were invited to ask if you couldn’t see what you wanted. Friendly, helpful staff. Gym was small but had weights, a running and cycling machine. Towels, water and fresh fruit was on offer here. It was mainly empty. Internet access was very good. Beds & pillows comfy. Decent power rain & hand shower over bath. Bathrobe and slippers included. Air conditioning was so quiet I had to double check it was working. Good sound proofing between rooms. Close to good dining options. 10 min comfortable walk downhill to central station or uphill metro/trams.

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Our view of the square and church was fantastic. This hotel had covered parking and was very walkable to all the sights that we wanted to visit.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We initially booked a junior suite and were very pleased with the size and layout. When there was a problem with the pull out bed, the staff handled it promptly shifting us to another room to ensure we had the pull out couch that was needed for our child. The rooms were clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable (we got some great recommendations from them). The location was walkable to grand place and museums.

Great location! 10-15 minute walk to center of town. Not super close to all the touristy areas and tourist traps, which I really enjoyed. It was quiet. Hotel was beautiful, clean. Breakfast is 27 euros, did not try it. But plenty of places to grab a bite near by. Would recommend
