I don't think this hotel is up to the level you would expect for another of this category and price. The room was noisy, the corridors a bit dirty, the breakfast room too small and crowded and the service sub-optimal. I don't think i will go back to this hotel in the future. On the other hand the location was perfect.

this hotel is ideally located with restaurants and shops close by. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, a very good daily breakfast. The hotel unfortunately is not a 4 star property. It needs lots of TLC in the details to get a higher rating.

Great location. Close but away from the hustle and noise of the tourist areas. The staff was very nice. Room was clean and fine. We did not have breakfast there, but great coffee shops close by.

Me encantó el hotel. Lo único malo fue que decidieron hacer un simulacro de emergencia y no avisaron antes. Entonces allí nos tuvieron muertos del miedo porque estábamos durmiendo hasta tarde por el cambio de horario y empezó a sonar la alarma. Fue horrible!!! La chica que estaba en el front desk se portó súper mal pues le pregunté que por qué no avisaron y me dijo le estoy avisando ahora…. En fin la experiencia con el hotel la salvó el chico que estaba de guardia por las noches que era súper amable. Muy bien ubicado el hotel y las instalaciones muy buenas, camas cómodas, sábanas limpias, volvería sin pensarlo mucho pero eso sí preguntaría antes si harán simulacros o no para no pasar el susto de mi vida otra vez

Great hotel but small rooms and shower

This place is classy. The staff is helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. I had to bring the ratings down due to the tininess of the rooms and shower. It was difficult to navigate the room with your average luggage. The shower stall was so compact, it was difficult to bend down and.wash your lower body without hitting your head. For the price paid, I expected more space in the room and the bathroom.

Glad I only stayed one night

The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. We were also not super impressed with the service at the front-desk. A smile goes a long way... It's on a quiet street not far from the center of town but I will be choosing a different hotel next time I'm in Brussels.

The property is very close to the Central Station. There are bus stops nearby. If you are doing city tours, the meeting points for many companies are also around the corner. It is stone throw away from the Saint Michael's carhedral. The Galeries St Hubert is also 2 minutes walk and that will lead you up to the Grand Place, lots of dining and shopping options. We also found this food hall called Wolf maybe 2 minutes away as well just behind the Radisson hotel. Location is just amazing. The room is clean and decent size. It can get loud though. You can hear the people outside your room so loudly that you will think they are inside your room. You will just have to close the secondary door that divides the bathroom and the entry part of the room to make it a little quieter. The bathroom does have some molds in the corner of the tub and the half door of the tub leaks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We there a little early maybe around 230pm and the room that I booked was not ready and they offered us the same category room just on a different floor so we can check in early. It was on the interior part and we didn't really hear any street noises.
