The hotel is under major construction which was not advertised. The hotel entrance has been closed as a result so you have to walk through another hotel to check in. The lobby and by the elevators is dirty, dusty and did not feel safe due to everything being uncompleted and under construction. When we checked in we were told that our room wouldn't be ready for another 1.5 hours even though we arrived at 3pm when our room should have been ready. That's okay though, I know it is a busy time so we weren't too fussed. However, when we were then allowed to check in, we went to our room to find out that the room was under construction! No furniture, electrical wires hanging everywhere and cement dust wafting around. When we went back to reception to get a different room, the woman working the desk had no idea! So we had been made to wait 1.5 hours over our check in time for a room that was unliveable! We were then given a different room which luckily was not under construction however it wasn't without fault. The toilet seat wasn't connected to the toilet, the door would close properly unless you spend 5 minutes slamming it shut and the room smelt like painting fumes and concreate dust was everywhere which made my allergies and asthma go a bit crazy. Overall, I understand the hotel wants to continue operating while under construction however it was very disappointing that they don't offer a disclaimer when you book/check in. We were quite disap and unhappy with our stay.

Hotel was in a handy location near bus, tram and metro. I was hesitant to book because of poor reviews, but decided to give it a go as it’s an ACCOR hotel, seems we were lucky as we were on a newly refurbished floor and had none of the issues of mould etc. Overall would recommend!

No tea or coffee facilities in room. Toilet seat was loose. Seal on shower door leaked. No extractor in bathroom. No toilet roll holder. Room was clean. Not many bars or restaurants open in the evening close by.

The Hotel is still under renovation and noisy during the day. Our room had no heat and when mentioned to the front desk we were told we would have to wait until the next day to talk to the manager. The wind was banging the outdoor sign all night as well.

I only stayed in Brussels for one night, so I just wanted a bed and a showed, and that's pretty much what I got here; it's just the bare essentuals but looked like everything in the room was about to fall apart (the doorhandle for the bathroom did fall off a couple of times!) It served it's purpose, and I can't really complain apart from the price, but I knew Brussels was expensive in general. I am surprised through that this hotel is rated 3 stars; if that's truely the case, I dread to think of what a 2 or 1 star hotel would be like.

Hotel is under renovation. Limited rooms are open it seems. My room was freshly renovated which is nice and well done. Outside of that, the lower floors are closed. The elevator is dirty and the main door is not open for use. For future renovations, some sort of protection should be built into the shower to keep the floor from getting wet easily. Fine stay for a night or two, but just average. Once renovatons are correct and lobby is used as designed an added star would be fair.

Good for location and breakfast

Good breakfast. Very convineant location .just few seconds walk from bus metro and tram. However the rooms are small with poor infrastructure. No toiletries....except basic soap.
