Love the room with a balcony and the view. Excellent location, but the room had an awful smell coming from the bathroom—old pipes? We complained, they tried to fix it, but it was a bad smell all night. We only stayed for one night

The decor was nice and comforting. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the square. A kilometer from the Mannikan Pis, which is a nice location that is walkable and fairly quiet after hours. Would stay again.

Hotel is in great location and does have nice rooms however there are several things that be done to improve guest experience. Used disposable coffee cups were not replenished and used glasses were not cleaned when rooms were cleaned. Breakfast has restricted choices and the cook could not even make an over easy fried egg (came out burnt). Breakfast service was erratic. Only two staff but it was not busy at all so they should have been able to cope. Waitress did not explain that the breakfast menu only had set options with the only difference between the 3 options provided was whether you got granola or not and type of bread. Additionally ventilation in the open plan kitchen was non existent resulting in the whole area smelling of fried bacon. We paid extra for breakfast .. would have had better options in cafes outside. I would not recommend paying extra for their breakfast as it is really disappointing and the service is lacking. This experience on its own would prevent me from visiting this hotel again.

Really welcoming staff free coffee downstairs and a restaurant if you wanted to eat just downstairs. Good location walkable to Grand Place and all the local spots.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast and ample tea and coffee available. I'd say its a boutique style hotel. Hotel is easily to get to from the Eurostar station via tram to Anneessens or a 15 minutes walk. In the city centre near all the main attractions, shops and museums. Thoroughly recommended for a short stay in Brussels.

The hotel is rather run down and, judging from the floor plan on the back of the door, they gave me one of the worst rooms, with a window onto an airshaft. They share the airshaft with a noisy family–a man who argues on the phone and a woman who coughs as though she is deathly ill. The room has Raw plywood furniture. The mattress and pillows were ok, but in general the place is kind of sad.

Overall a good place to stay while visiting Brussels. In between the Central and Midi stations. Easy walk to central part of the city (Grand Palace). Would recommend.
