This hotel has its pros and cons. So, let's get to it. Pros... -- Great location in the heart of Brussels -- Friendly staff -- Clean hotel -- good housekeeping Cons... -- There is parking available in the adjacent public garage. However, you will be charged about $31/night. Also, it is difficult to get to and you will have to drag your suitcases quite a ways. -- There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant has high prices and a limited menu. Furthermore, it isn't always open during business hours. -- I tried for four days to call room service but I never could get anybody to pick up. Even after calling the front desk, I could not get room service. -- The bathroom only has one electrical outlet. -- My side of the bed did not have any electrical outlets meaning that I could not charge my phone while sleeping. -- There is no overhead lighting in the room. -- My room looked out over the street and you hear every noise from the street at all hours of the night -- even routine conversations. Also, what is it about Brussels where you hear a siren every five minutes or so? With a little effort, this hotel could be so much better.

Good but not great.

It was a fine place. good location. I wrote very clearly that my mother was in a wheel chair since she suffers from Parkinson’s and they gave us a room that was hard for her to get around. When asked about this they said there were no other rooms available but when I spoke to house keeping they showed me a room that was also a junior suite that would have been exponentially better for my mom to get around and was available/not booked. One top of that three of the blinds were broken and they did not fix it after was asked. My father was woken up at 5 am because of the sun shining through. I think they did their best and the workers were nice enough but you could get the sense that they did not want to deal with us. In the future I would choose another place.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had no complaints. However, my only complaint this time around was the shower: poor water pressure and the shower head would not stay up (had to hold it up using a rolled towed).

Never stay at hikton

Check in clerk was rude and unfriendly. We arrived early. She said our room was ready but we could not check in until 3 pm unless we wanted to pay an extra 50 euros. Shame on Hilton. The room is just sitting there! You just lost my loyalty. That is a ridiculous policy.

We were on our last leg of a Girls European Trip. The hote is vwry central and safe; within walking distance to many shops, street vendors and restaurants. Sraff were friendly and room was big with 1.5 bathrooms. Water pressure was great and hot water was thw hottwst we had in Europe. The decor in thw reception area is beautiful

Our first room had a peculiar smell. The front desk found us another better room with breakfast, but packing up and moving the same day is not pleasant. I found the sheets a bit scratchy. The front desk was very good. And we enjoyed our drinks in the bar. The bartender was excellent!
