Pretty but disappointing

The hotel was very pretty, clean and well presented but we felt it was lacking in comfort and service. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable, I did not sleep well at all. There was no hot chocolate available at breakfast, in the room or anywhere in the hotel and there were no sauces available at breakfast. When asked the staff were not very friendly or helpful, apart from the young men who assisted with baggage at the door- they were very helpful and friendly.

The sounds from the street are very loud if your room is on that side of the building. Beautiful interiors. Breakfast is expensive.
