The room we had was suppose to be a one bedroom with a sitting area side by side as shown in the picture. This was clearly photoshopped. When we arrived, the sitting room was on the main floor but the bedroom and the bathroom were on a second floor with very narrow steps. This meant that you had to take your luggage up these steps. We had one member of our party not to be able to climb steps. So that meant they could not sleep in a bed nor use the bathroom upstairs. Imagine taking a kitchen sink bath. Not happy about this when not fully disclosed!!! The front staff was rude. One lady was great at giving the stink eye when you asked her for anything. We really did try to not interact with the staff. Also, if you want AC, don’t stay here.

They never offer to help. Anything we asked: "i do not know, it's not sure, there is none (false statement). Hotel that needs a lot of care. The crew needs to learn how to smile and welcome travellers. Mind you, we arrived on a Sunday obviously to be checked in by someone who does like to work on weekend. The worst Citadines ever!

The rooms have no AC. We needed to have the windows open at night to have a comfortable sleeping temperature, but noise on the busy street below us, we were on the 6 floor, was incredible. Constant sirens yelling, motorbikes racing and night work on the underpass. Hard to sleep. Can not recommend this property. Wonder how hot the rooms will be in the summer.

The property is in a good location and clean. However, no complimentary tea/coffee was offered in the rooms and no water bottles either. This is usually offered everywhere I’ve stayed before. There is no air con in the room either which I felt was really needed at night. The bath/shower products offered in the room had a very strong, unpleasant smell which may not be up to everyone’s liking.

We needed a kitchenette to get the most out of our vacation (some home cooking!) and this place delivered. Brussels itself was the least charming city we experienced, that was the main issue with this hotel. Little dead flys on the windowsill were kind of disgusting, but these things happen. The kitchen worked and that's all were really wanted. (I now remember there was a shooting outside a Brussels metro the day we arrived)

Ravie de mon séjour ! Accueil parfait, grand studio bien décoré avec éclairage chaleureux et bien équipé pour cuisiner, se détendre et travailler. Super literie. Bonne localisation au cœur du quartier Louise (restaurants, magasins, commerces walking distance trams/métro juste à côté). Rapport qualité prix absolument parfait !

Pros- good location for the Metro. Great for travelling around Brussels but also only three stops from Gare du Midi if you're travelling further afield. There's a little shop just around the corner for anything you might need. If you don't want to take the Metro, there are certainly places nearby within walking distance. Coffee machine in the lobby (no tea and coffee making facilities in the room) was great if you wanted something to take with you. Front desk staff seemed friendly and helpful. Working lift was handy with suitcases. Our room had everything we needed to prepare meals and was a good size. Cons: The deadlock on the door didn't work so we had to wedge a chair between the door and the toilet door. This may be an issue for solo female travellers. The safe in the room didn't work so we needed to find a solution to protect valuable items. The apartment is in need of a refresh as paint is scuffed and peeling and some of the furniture has been damaged. Someone had been sick in the corridor outside the loft and it had been there for a couple of days before we left. The area around the hotel might be unsuitable for solo female travellers at night as I was briefly followed by a man who only stopped when he saw I was with my male partner.

The property was within walking distance of the Great Place and a lot of good eateries. Also, right across the street is the big ferris wheel, which gave us an amazing view of the city at night.

Really easy to check in. The amenities available in your room are limited and you have to go downstairs to get a hot drink. It’s in a good location for a supermarket and places to eat out.
