Situated in a strategic location, it offers peace and quiet just steps from the lake while remaining well connected to Lugano and Varese (both about 30 minutes by car). An ideal location for enjoying nature as well as visiting interesting sites in nearby Ticino. Perfect for larger groups, with 4 apartments available for a total of 19 guests.



Arrival and Check in Check in is conducted in person. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and shown the apartment. A valid ID is required for guest registration. Access to the Property After unloading your luggage at the main entrance, cars can be parked in free public parking areas about 2 minutes from the residence. Please be cautious of the narrow streets in the historic center when accessing the property. Additional Information The central courtyard is accessible to all guests and can be used as a common space for lunches, dinners, or relaxing moments.

At our four apartments, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for sorting waste for recycling. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure, as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please also sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but is permitted in outdoor areas.
