There was a small issue with the blind/curtain in our first room and we were immediately given a different room with absolutely no problem and no hassle. everything else was great, comfy beds, super clean.

The property was very clean however, the pool was closed. There was no hot water and the front desk. Staff were not very friendly. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The guest sleeping in the room next to mine snored extremely loudly throughout the night, making it feel as if he was sleeping in my bed. Consequently, I couldn’t sleep a wink the entire night. It wasn’t his fault; it was the poor insulation or soundproofing of the room(s)!

Clean smooth lines till you get off the elevators. Halls are not well lit. Carpets look old. Room carport was damp. Storm just before arrival took computer system out. No room keys. Escorted to room every time I left the room. I’d was not verified when I needed to go back to my room. .

Everything was great about our stay. Pillows needed to be updated though. Old, no support, flimsy. Appreciated the cleanliness. Staff were always available and friendly.

You call this stock market!

Gave me a room that had no hot water. Had to to move to another room and all the manager said was the room in the corner of building can get that way. Asked for wake up call and not done as asked.
