Avoid this property

Host was VERY hard to get a hold of. My daughter got locked out and had to spend the night in her car! Host was not answering phone calls, texts, or VRBO app messages. She didn’t care and refused to issue a refund. She creeped out my daughter, too — busting into the apt and scaring my daughter earlier in the day.
