Amazing location.... And the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful: lots of choices and delicious. The one aspect I would improve are the pillows. Those in my room were lumpy and hard.

The hotel is in the centre of town directly behind the main square. You could not get a better location. The staff are friendly and the hotel rooms and facilities look new or very well maintained.

Comfort galore

I very much enjoyed this place. The rooms are warm and cosy, even more so considering mine got upgraded, and it's right in the heart of Brugge, too. It's quite expensive, but you very much get what you pay for, which is good.

We had a nice stay at Martin’s. For the price we paid it was perfectly adequate. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We booked the “comfort” room but were upgraded to a “charming”. There are no tea / coffee facilities in the room which wasn’t ideal, but there was a Starbucks counter in the reception area. The hotel is very central to everything, so the location for us was perfect. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday. For £370 for 4 nights, there is little to complain about.

Conveniently located right in the city center. Close to shops, restaurants, and the Christmas Markets. Staff was very friendly! I wouldn't get a room that faced the street though. Can get a little loud at night or early morning with people stumbling out of bars. Other than that, loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Literally behind the main square in Bruges. Perfect spot. Underground parking for €30 per night which was great as secure and free from the elements. Staff very friendly. Rooms spacious and had all we need. Thank you

Bad layout

The hotel is nice, but the layout is not, we were on the “ground”floor but we had to go up and down stairs and then a lift to get to the floor which was -2. The room was quite small which was ok as you only sleep there, but there was not hooks for coats only an open wardrobe which didn’t allow for long garment and not a lot of space for other items. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
