Room comfortable but elevators are not very good and nobody to bring your luggage to the room. Had to navigate stairs to get to our room and carry heavy luggage. Poor service for the price of the room in that regard.

Beautiful hotel

Stunning hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a superior canal view room with a lovely view of the Belfort. Room was great - clean and big and the bed was very comfortable.

Absolutely delightful stay!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Do not miss the spa- it is wonderful (steam/sauna and comfy chaise chairs). Our room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the bathroom had both a tub and shower. Great location in the heart of Bruges - minutes from the main square restaurants and canal boat rides. Not far from the train station however we took Uber due to the cobblestone streets and sidewalks. I would stay here again in an instant!
