One of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Everything was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The decor was elegant, and the rooms were quiet. Nothing was worn, broken or non-functioning. The rooms and furniture were comfortable and had everything you needed, cups, coffee, towels, a great shower. Windows were wide looking on to the canal. They opened in the ends and let in birdsongs, the sounds of a rain shower, or a nice breeze. Every member of the staff was pleasant, and very helpful. Perfection!

In the old part of town, everything was within walking distance. Parking was available and very cool, a car elevator was used. Restaurants galore and all the sights were less than 5 minutes away. The rooms were clean and very nice, ask for building #1 for an older feel. Breakfast was a good buffet.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of old town. Everything was walkable from the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, a bit expensive, but the hotel was amazing We will go back. Parking was a bit of a chore, but if you have a small car. It is doable.

This hotel was amazing! It is centrally located to the markets, and when it started raining they provided umbrellas for all to use, as long as needed! All of the staff were friendly & the helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping! Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Very clean!

Very central, beautifully appointed hotel with plenty of communal space. Unfortunately there was some garden decking being built just below us resulting in wood sawing, drilling and general noise from 8a.m onwards to late afternoon over the duration of our stay, but did not let this spoil a great visit, loved the hotel and Brugge.

By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is stunning, incredibly well serviced, and exceptional in every way. It’s perfectly located and a short walk to many of Brugge’s must sees. My niece and I were both over the moon with our stay here.
