The hotel was lovely and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The location was perfect for the Christmas markets, the shops and the sights. Breakfast was a little expensive but was fresh, well cooked and with so much choice that would recommend.

The hoteil is just a Christmas dream! The bar and the christmas decoration are just perfect! The room are comfortable , but I would apprecciate a complimentary water during the stay and maybe a few tea options in the room.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the onsite parking (chargeable) is a bonus. All members of staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was very good, an excellent selection of food. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was compact, hot and the shower was tight to enter. We ordered a double but there were two singles pushed together which wasn’t ideal, we expected more. The staff at the bar were very pleasant but extremely slow as they insisted on table service and there was only one women serving. Disappointing. That said, they hotel felt very festive and was perfectly located near the canal and main market square.
