Nice apartment, great location

We had a very nice stay, just a minute or less from the beach. The place was very clean when we arrived. All our inquiries toward the owner were met with immediate, friendly and useful responses.

Tolle Lage, angenehmes Ambiente.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.Sie liegt sehr zentral mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nah am Strand. Das schöne Naturschutzgebiet ist mit dem Rad problemlos zu erreichen und auch Abstecher nach Cadzand ist lohnenswert.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A really beautiful and generously furnished flat. It has two balconies, is very well equipped and lacks nothing. It is right by the sea. An absolute recommendation. The owners are very helpful and take care of you. Very good communication. Absolutely recommendable!

Schöne, zentrale Wohnung in Knokke

Dies war unser dritte Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns, wie immer, sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter, hier gut verweilen kann.

Heel mooi en gezellig appartement ! Alles was voorradig,bedden mooi opgedekt bij aankomst . Fijn vakantiegevoel . Communicatie met de eigenaar was heel goed. De locatie van het appartement is fantastisch vlakbij het strand ,de dijk en de winkels . Mijn mama en ik waren hier op vakantie eind juni 2024. Wij hebben supergenoten en komen zeker terug . tolle Gastgeberin, antwortet schnell + immer hilfsbereit, prima Lage, Seitenstraße direkt am Strand und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bettwäsche + Handtücher Küchentücher in ausreichender Menge vorhanden; super ! Schon zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung und bald wieder.

Schönes, ruhiges Appartment in Strandnähe

Insgesamt schönes ruhiges zentral gelegenes und nett eingerichtetes Appartement wie beschrieben. Küche gut ausgestattet. Vermieterin freundlich und immer gut erreichbar und um Lösungen benüht. Kleinere, behebbare Reparaturen erforderlich (die Vermieterin wollte diese umgehend angehen). Ehebett Matratze sehr weich auch Sofa sehr weich. Überraschend gut ausgestattete Küche, die durchaus Lust zum Kochen macht Kein WLAN wie vorher schon bekannt. Sim-Karte für Reiserouter sind für Ausländer in Belgien NICHT erwerbbar! Leider waren die die einzigen zwei deutschsprachigen Programme im TV, wenn überhaupt, dann nur schlecht zu empfangen. Dennoch 4 bis 5 Sterne aus unserer Sicht.

Sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, der Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gab ein paar "Schwächen", aber weil alles insgesamt echt top war, keine Abzüge: es gibt kein WLAN-Passwort und der Tiefgaragenplatz ist nicht groß genug für einen Bus, was in unserem Fall bedeutete, im nächsten Ort zu parken. Die Treppe zum Fahrradkeller ist so eng und steil, dass wir diesen nicht genutzt haben und die Räder auf der Straße abgestellt haben.

1 Woche Knokke 17.-24.03.2024 (altes :-) Ehepaar Ü70)

Aufmerksame, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die zur großen Freude Deutsch spricht. Übergabe mit Fotos perfekt vorbereitet, Wohnung wie beschrieben, ein paar Möbel mit hellen Stoffen etwas "gebraucht", Bettbezüge Badwäsche incl. Bad-Vorleger, Küchentücher, vorhanden, bis hin zu Seife, Q-Tips + Senseo Kaffeepads.Ruhiges Haus (jedenfalls in unserer Zeit) Der Bereich zur Dusche etwas eng, aber o.k. Sogar Fahrradkeller und blitzsauberer Keller-Raum mit Abfall-Sortierung. Nur ein paar Meter zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufen in direkter Nachbarschaft. Alles bestens. Wir haben wieder gebucht.!!!!

J'avais sélectionné cet appartement car les avis étaient positifs et nous en sommes ravis. La localisation est bien: proche de la mer et des commerces. L'intérieur était très propre avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les machines à laver avec des enfants en bas âge, c'est très pratique. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été faciles, rapides et efficaces. Nous avons reçu rapidement des réponses à nos questions. Bref, nous y retournerons.

Tolles Appartement mit einer super Lage

Es war rundum toll. Die Wohnung lag zentral und direkt am Strand. Für uns perfekt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Aufgrund der sehr guten Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war das parken in der Garage, die nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt war, überhaupt kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hervorragende Lage und gute Ausstattung

Wie der Titel schon sagt, sind Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung hervorragend. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden (u.a. Küchenutensilien und Textilien) für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt und nur einen Steinwurf vom wirklich schönen Strand entfernt. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Tiefgarage, die aber zügig geklärt werden konnten aufgrund der guten und netten Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Eine Anmerkung an dieser Stelle für diejenigen, die wie wir Knokke nicht kennen und auf Grund der schönen Bilder auf Google anreisen: Das ist der Hotspot der Besserverdienenden Belgiens und reichen Urlauber der Nachbarländer. Wer sich mit seiner 3000€ Gucci Handtasche am Strand aufhalten möchte, die 650€ Babysteppweste in der High-End-Boutique nebenan als Urlaubsmitbringsel erwerben will und gerne für einen labbrigen Toast im heruntergekommen Biergarten 23€ ausgibt, fühlt sich hier wohl. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und fanden das Publikum und die Atmosphäre einfach nur furchtbar. Das ist allerdings nicht die Schuld der Ferienwohnung, deswegen hat das keinen Einfluss auf meine sehr gute Bewertung!

Top Lage, schöne Wohnung, Traumhafter Urlaub

Auch wenn im Angebot WLAN nicht verzeichnet war, ist eine FEWO ohne WLAN nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Der Fernseher war ständig gestört. Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel fehlte. Keine Info zum lokalen Umfeld. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Extrem weiche Matrazen. Defekte Balkontür im Schlafraum. Hinweis auf Möglichkeiten der Müllentsorgung fehlten.
